Mr. Huang, CFA, is the co-founding partner and the President of Sicart Associates, LLC. Sicart Associates LLC is a New York-based Investment Manager and Family Office, established in 2016 by the former founder and partners at Tocqueville Asset Management, a firm with $11 billion asset under management. Sicart manages over $450 million in assets from high net worth family clients in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

Mr. Huang oversees the entire managed assets at Sicart and leads its emerging Asian business development efforts. He is responsible for the Firm’s investment advisory process including the development of investment strategy, asset allocation, and investment manager and product due diligence. He also oversees the Firm’s wealth management practice, developing plans focused in the areas of wealth transfer, retirement, investment, tax, risk management and estate planning. Sicart Associate prides itself with its nimble contrarian value investment approach and unbiased financial advices for families with complex international background.

Mr. Huang is a graduate of Denison University, has an MBA from Brigham Young University and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Initially financial controller of a venture capital firm, he then became a research analyst and senior portfolio manager at Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. He has 18 years of investment experience and a precious knowledge of Chinese patrimonial questions.
